Our aim is to create an environment where a career at Simply Lunch develops you personally so if you choose to move on you leave as an enriched professional individual. We have a number of initiatives across the business to promote a learning and development culture in our business such as:

  • People & Culture Department – a cross-department group dedicated to our culture and developing our people.

  • Simply Lunch Academy – A training academy which holds monthly training sessions to broaden your knowledge on various topics.

  • Wellness workshops to support our colleague's work/life balance.

  • Personal Development Plans for all employees.

  • Regular one-to-one meetings focused on employee development.

  • Cross-departmental days to ensure everyone has a wide knowledge of different business activities.

  • Regular employee surveys.

  • A comprehensive induction procedure for those at the beginning of their Simply Lunch journey.

  • Mental Health Ambassadors trained by Mind In Croydon. These ambassadors identify signs of poor mental health and provide mental health first aid in the workplace. They also hold regular meetings to develop initiatives that enhance our team's well-being.
